Privacy requests

Use this page to ask about the personal information Chariot Labs holds about you, or to exercise your privacy rights. We handle requests by email and confirm receipt within a few business days.

What kind of request?

• Access my data

  Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it.

• Delete my data

  Ask us to erase your personal information, subject to any records we must keep by law.

• Correct my data

  Fix inaccurate or outdated details, such as a name, email address, company, or role.

• Other

  Withdraw consent, object to processing, opt out of updates, or ask a question about our practices.

What to include

• Your full name.
• The email address, and company if relevant, that you have used with us.
• Which type of request you are making.
• Anything that helps us find your information, such as when we spoke or which engagement you were part of.
• If you are acting for someone else, evidence that you are authorized to do so.

What happens next

We confirm receipt, verify that the request comes from you (we may ask a question only you could answer), and respond within the time allowed by the law that applies to you, usually within 30 days. If we need longer, we will tell you why. If we decline all or part of a request, we will explain the reason, and you can appeal by replying to our email.

Information held for a client

If your information reached us through a client engagement, for example as an employee, customer, or supplier of a company we work with, that company controls the information and decides how requests are handled. We will forward your request to them and help them respond.
